All products are perishable and made to order, so all sales are final.
If you receive a damaged item from us: We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us right away at laurenb@bbweddingbouquetflavor.com with clear photos of the unopened package showing the damage. We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier, and once it's approved, you won’t need to return the item—we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, dependent on circumstances.
